Energy boosting cocktail

Ingredients:

smoothie1 large banana sliced

Flaxseeds or flaxseed oil (6ml)

Blueberries 50g (1/4 cup) frozen

Honey 5g 1/2 tbsp.

Water or concentrated apple juice

The breakfast cocktail

Ingredients: 

smoothie150ml of juice of your choice

Mango 100g

Strawberries

Spinach

Raspberries

Cinnamon 1 pinch

Chia seeds

The filling high protein cocktail

Ingredients:

smoothie250ml of yogurt

2 bananas

Cocoa 1 tbsp.

Chocolate protein powder

Linseeds
